Cortex Fire was the second of two stories comprising the two hundred and twenty-fifth release of Big Finish's monthly range. It was written by Ian Potter and featured Colin Baker as the Sixth Doctor and Lisa Greenwood as Flip Jackson.

Publisher's summary

The Doctor brings Flip to the futuristic city of Festin, the best vantage point to witness a unique astronomical light show.
