Fugitive of the Judoon was the fifth episode of series 12 of Doctor Who. It re-introduced the Judoon, and saw the return of Captain Jack Harkness, who had not been seen on televised Doctor Who in just over a decade, since The End of Time in 2010. This was Jack's first appearance on television since Torchwood series 4 ended in 2011, with The Blood Line.
This episode also featured the controversial introduction of a woman claiming to also be the Doctor, with her own TARDIS, though neither Doctor can remember living the life of the other. This other Doctor is said to have used a Chameleon Arch to hide on Earth in her "Ruth Clayton" identity. She has a history working for the Time Lords, in an undisclosed capacity, and does not recognise the Thirteenth Doctor's sonic screwdriver.
