Rose Tyler, also called Briefing: Rose Tyler and prefixed as Operations Board: Rose Tyler on the story's page, was the fifth ordered short story released on the U.N.I.T. website as part of the Operations Board series of in-universe, narrative chat logs betwen UNIT personnel.

This story tied into the television story Father's Day, though it was more vague than other stories.

Plot

Sgt Catherine Petts submits a report on Rose Tyler to an operations board to other UNIT officers. Among the information given, one piece particularily stands out: Mickey Smith — Rose's boyfriend - runs a website, www.whoisdoctorwho.co.uk, which contains sensitive information about UNIT. Sgt A. Frederick is shocked by this information, and J Frinkstein changes the passwords to the website. Major Jenny Maguire suggests leaving the passwords alone and instead swap in misinformation, however Frederick seemingly denies the suggestion.
