The Cyber-Leader served as leader of the Cybermen of another universe.
Profile

When the Leader was destroyed, the information it had was downloaded into another Cyberman who would be upgraded to Cyber-Leader. This leader had black handle bars and a redesigned black face plate with a transparent "window" through which its brain could be seen. This Cyberlord was destroyed by the CyberKing.
