Prologue: The Second Doctor (comic story): Difference between revisions

In the sick bay of the Moonbase, the Second Doctor is giving his speech about terrible things brewing in the corners of the universe. Polly notices something is wrong as the Doctor is giving the speech. When he gets to the part about how "they must be fought", the Doctor turns to face Polly and Jack, revealing that he has been partially converted into a Cyberman, replacing "they must be fought" with "they must be like us".

Continuity

This is an alternate version of the events of The Moonbase.
The conversion of the Second Doctor consists of some Cyber tech attached to the left side of his face. The tech looks identical to the Cyber tech attached to the Eleventh Doctor when he was partially converted at Hedgewick's World of Wonders. (TV: Nightmare in Silver)

Cyberman stories

For the purposes of this list, a "Cyberman story" is one in which one living, authentic Cyberman plays a part within the confines of the story, outside of flashbacks to previous stories and cliffhangers that lead into the following story. For this reason, stories such as Dalek are absent due to only featuring deceased Cybermen on display. Stories like Carnival of Monsters, A Good Man Goes to War and The Vanquishers are also not included due to the Cybermen's appearance being of little consequence to the plot of the story.
