Throughtout his many lives and schemes of conquest, the renegade Time Lord known as the Master killed many individuals.

He was known to destroy planets for his own amusement, (AUDIO: Death Match) and once accidently destroyed a section of the universe with a wave of entropy. (TV: Logopolis)

While some of their incarnations thought killing to be a sign of poor preparation and unprofessionalism, (PROSE: The Dark Path) usually resorting to harming others if there was an advantage in the act, (PROSE: Happy Endings) the Master would casually murder those whom they could not control, (TV: Terror of the Autons) or who were standing in the way of an item they required, (TV: The Claws of Axos) with some incarnations seeing life as being "wasted on the living", (TV: Doctor Who) and that mere petty vengeance was enough motivation to resort to murder. (AUDIO: Mastermind)

They believed that those who died as a result of his schemes to be "necessary sacrifice[s]", (TV: The Sea Devils) thought would show a sadistic pleasure when they resorted to killing, (TV: The Keeper of Traken, The Sound of Drums, Last of the Time Lords; AUDIO: Master of Worlds) with Missy describing the urge to kill as akin to a child wanting to pop a balloon, (TV: Death in Heaven)
