Henry V was the King of England during the early 15th century.
He was born in 1386 and was the son of Henry IV. In 1400, Henry IV wanted Isabella, the recently-widowed wife of the deposed Richard II, to marry the thirteen-year-old prince but she refused, describing him as "a spotty boy". (AUDIO: The Doctor's Tale)
Henry was once nearly killed in a battle at Shrewsbury while fighting to help his father keep his crown. By 1415, he had succeeded him as king. While waiting for the Battle of Agincourt, he encountered the First Doctor, Ian Chesterton, Barbara Wright and Susan Foreman.
