Dr Charles Percival (or Perceval) was the director of the Newton Institute.

Biography

Dr Charles Percival (TV: The Time Monster) or Perceval, (PROSE: The Time Monster) was the director of the Newton Institute at the time that Professor Carl Thascalos — in reality the Master — was working on TOMTIT.

When Percival questioned "Thascolos" ' credentials, the Master hypnotised him into believing them as well as the TOMTIT experiments. Percival helped lure Sergeant Benton away from the Master's laboratory so the Master could summon Kronos. He was later killed by Kronos. (TV: The Time Monster)

Behind the scenes
