Rumours
- The remaining Daleks (presumably originating from Midnight) are under Davros' control and invade UNIT, based on what seen in the trailer.
- Davros will return as the main villain in this episode
- A main character will die, possibly Rose as she does not appear in the Christmas Special. :But it was confirmed that she will appear in the specials next year.
- Davros is trapped in he Medusa Cascade (RTD said the Medusa Cascade would "come back to haunt us"), which is the reason the Doctor sealed it during the Time War. Rose finds a way back, and Davros and the Daleks subsequently do the same. Rose amends this at the end of Joruney's End, but not before the Doctor gets hit by a Dalek (YouTube footage shows David Tennant lying on the floor, with Rose by his side)
