The Dalek species made themselves a time sensitive race, (PROSE: The Last Message) becoming Time-Sensitive Daleks.
According to Melody Malone, the Restoration Empire's Time Squad was made up of Time-Sensitive Daleks. Thus, the Time Commander, the Dalek Prime Strategist, the Scientist Dalek, the Dalek Executioner and the various Drone Daleks who made up the Squad were all Time-Sensitive Daleks.
