"Come In, Tempest" was a short story printed in TV Century 21 that contained elements from the Doctor Who universe. Framed as the front page of an in-universe periodical, the titular article made reference to the Stingray content in the issue with a smaller piece tying-in to the The Daleks comic story Legacy of Yesteryear [+]Loading...["Legacy of Yesteryear (comic story)"].

Worldbuilding[[edit] | [edit source]]
- Stingray is under the personal command of Commander Shore and is making sweeping radio searches in an effort to re-establish contact with Captain Tempest, minutes after a "feeble" call was picked up but vanished from the air despite an increase in reception power.
- The press office in Marineville refused to make an official comment but it is understood in Wasp circles that Tempest and his crewmate Phones Sheridan have infiltrated the pirate organisation which is attacking shipping in the China Sea.
- Rumours suggesting the duo's capture are rife, with Shore desperately combing every inch of the area awaiting a signal that will send the submarine racing to investigate.
