Phil Sims was the production designer of the 2023 specials and Season 1. He had previously worked as an art director for the Marvel Comics adaptations of Captain America: The First Avenger, Guardians of the Galaxy, and Avengers: Age of Ultron, and also Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.
