The Coliseum Music Hall was a venue for music and drama performances in Butetown, Cardiff. The venue was very popular. In 1899, tickets cost just one shilling, and this admission price also included a free beer.

Jack Harkness visited the music hall in 1899 to meet with the journalist William Mayhew, who had originally contacted and was expecting to meet Emily Holroyd. (PROSE: The Baby Farmers)
