Time Lord Style was the thirteenth feature and nineteenth release exclusively published in Doctor Who The Official Annual 2024 on 7 September 2023 by Penguin Group[1] and written by Paul Lang.
The feature detailed the various outfits worn by the Doctor on TV, with a section dedicated to hats.

A list is shown of the various primary outfits worn by every incarnation of the Doctor from the First Doctor to the Fourteenth Doctor (excluding the War Doctor), along with some details regarding them. Additionally, an image of the Thirteenth Doctor shortly after the Master's Dalek Plan is shown, and a section for the Doctor's "best headgear" is shown, titled "Who's Hats!".

- Hats worn by the Doctor include the Second Doctor's "stovepipe", the Fifth Doctor's "panama", the Fourth Doctor's tam o'shanter and deerstalker, the fez the Thirteenth Doctor got from Kerb!am, and the Tenth Doctor's "straw".
