Godfather Lo was a member of the Rump Parliament in the City of the Saved, an offshoot of Faction Paradox. He owned a mansion that was described by Selene Walmric in Faction Paradox: a Negotiable History as "opulent" where he frequently held lavish parties, at which Walmric claimed depraved rituals were rumoured to take place.
