History[[edit] | [edit source]]

On 25 October 1854, a commonly known part of the War occurred called the "Charge of the Light Brigade," in which light-cavalry were accidentally made to attack artillery and were killed outright. Agonal, disguised as an officer, actually caused this so he could feed on and enjoy the agony and death. Circa the 1970s, the Third Doctor claimed to Robbins that he was wounded in the leg in Crimea. He quickly changed his story to say it was Gallipoli, and then El Alamein, before questioning if it mattered. (TV: The Sea Devils [+]Loading...["The Sea Devils (TV story)","The Sea Devils"])

On 11 November 1913, an elderly veteran of the Crimean War stood outside the entrance to the village hall in Farringham, Herefordshire where Joan Redfern and John Smith were attending a dance. Smith gave a donation to the Veterans of the Crimea, a charity for the by then aged survivors of the war. The veteran was later vapourised by Son of Mine. Once the Tenth Doctor regained his Time Lord personality, he exacted judgement on Son of Mine and the Family of Blood for this and other senseless killings with everlasting punishments. Other realities[[edit] | [edit source]]

In an alternate timeline, the Crimean War was fought between the British and the Sontarans instead, as a result of the replacement of Russia and China with Sontar. With the help of the Thirteenth Doctor, the Sontarans are defeated by the British Army's Light Division.
