Collective Victorious
The Collective Victorious were a species of Dalek-Time Lord hybrids that existed beyond any single universe. Their ultimate objective was to win every iteration of the Last Great Time War in the multiverse by destroying all of creation.

Each member of the Collective Victorious was originally a Dalek or Time Lord that had survived the destruction of their native universes. Upon joining the Collective, each member was transformed into a hybrid of the two races, with a Dalek being merged with a Time Lord, or vice-versa. Consequently, each member physically resembled a fusion of the two races, and their voices contained a distorted electronic filter effect, loosely reminiscent of a Dalek's voice. These augmentations also granted each member teleportation capabilities, both within and between universes, as well as the ability to survive in the Wilderness Beyond Time without falling into madness as a result of the dimension's properties. One member of the Collective Victorious, the Half-Dalek, wore Dalek sense globes on their body and possessed at least one Dalek gunstick.
After being sealed inside the Great Lock of Time, the Collective Victorious were reduced to a shadow-like appearance as a result of having been removed from reality entirely by the Warrior and Davros. (AUDIO: The Key To Key To Time)

Due to their nature as Dalek-Time Lord hybrids, the Collective Victorious' technology was a combination of that of both species. They utilised fleets of spaceships, including the Fleet of the Final Family, capable of traveling across universes and enacting large-scale bombardments. The Half-Dalek utilised a perception filter to appear as a Time Lord of the Warrior's universe, which was able to fool the Time Lords of said universe, (AUDIO: The Key To Key To Time) as well as their perception filter detection equipment. (AUDIO: The Difference Office) They also wielded at least one Dalek gunstick powerful enough to exterminate multiple targets in one shot, mortally wound the Davros of the Warrior's universe, and destroy the Key to Time of the Warrior's universe in one shot. The Collective Victorious was comprised exclusively of soldiers who reveled in destruction and fought solely to bring about the end of all existence, as they believed this was the only way to end the insanity inflicted upon them by the temporal flux they experienced as a result of their universes' iterations of the Last Great Time War. They referred to one another as "siblings," and at least one member, the Half-Dalek, referred to themselves in a mix of plural and singular terms, as they contained the memories of a version of Romana, yet had been merged with a Dalek following their joining the Collective. Despite their widespread insanity, the Collective was highly proficient in the use of Time Lord and Dalek technology to inflict destruction on a universal scale. (AUDIO: The Key To Key To Time)

Early conquests[[edit] | [edit source]]
The individual members of the Collective Victorious originated from separate universes that were destroyed by said universes' respective iterations of the Last Great Time War. Together, they pledged to win every version of the Time War across the multiverse by annihilating all of reality, as each member had been driven insane by the War and left in an eternal state of temporal flux, and thus viewed the complete eradication of creation itself as the only means of ending their madness.
Eventually, an iteration of Romana who originated from an alternate version of the Warrior's universe, "gave [themselves]" to the Collective Victorious. They were merged with a Dalek and became the Half-Dalek; the severity of the fusion was such that only "a fragment" of Romanadvoratrelundar remained in their body. Following their joining the Collective, the Half-Dalek formed the Fleet of the Final Family. Across the Collective's numerous universal eradications following this, multiple iterations of the Warrior joined them as well.
On two occasions, the Collective Victorious attempted to use iterations of the Key to Time in their war campaign, only for the Keys to be acquired by iterations of the Great Old Ones. This delayed the Collective's operations by aeons.
During her monitoring of a thousand universes, the White Guardian of the Warrior's universe learned of the Collective Victorious' actions and devised a plan to end their attempted annihilation of the multiverse in anticipation of an attack on the Warrior's universe. (AUDIO: The Key To Key To Time)
Destruction of the Warrior's universe[[edit] | [edit source]]
As the White Guardian anticipated, the Collective Victorious eventually targeted the Warrior's universe. Using a perception filter, the Half-Dalek successfully infiltrated this universe's Gallifrey and became the President of the Time Lords. They subsequently led the Time Lords in this universe's Time War during the final segment of the Time War.
In order to destroy the Warrior's universe, the Half-Dalek decided to use the Key to Time, but as they were unable to assemble it themselves, they contacted this universe's White Guardian and the two struck a deal: they would force the Warrior to gather and assemble the Key's segments instead. Unbeknownst to the Half-Dalek, the White Guardian, who also gave the former a crystal as a contact device, planned to use this deal to ensure the downfall of the Collective Victorious. She also refrained from informing the Half-Dalek of the identity of the Warrior's partner - Davros.
After leading a Time Lord time fleet from a gunship in a successful attack against a Dalek base on Necros, the Half-Dalek was informed by the White Guardian of the Warrior having begun his search for the Key to Time. However, the Half-Dalek then decided that, rather than directly use the Key to destroy the universe, they would instead exploit the Warrior's quest itself to achieve the same result. Subsequently, they ordered for a sample of temporal horfrost to be unleashed upon the Warrior's TARDIS, which eventually destroyed the entire ship, although the Warrior and Davros escaped by time hopping to another point in time. Rather than prevent the temporal horfrost from spreading into the Time Vortex, the Half-Dalek ordered the Time Lords to pursue the Warrior. Consequently, the horfrost began rapidly destroying the entire universe, as the Warrior and Davros' gathering of the Key segments caused all matter in the universe to become aware of their nature as potential Key segments, effectively transforming everything in the universe into, as the Warrior described it, "temporal tinder."
In the final moments of the universe, the Half-Dalek witnessed the collapse of the Time Vortex from the bridge of the Time Lord gunship, before teleporting out of the Warrior's universe immediately before the temporal horfrost killed the crew and destroyed the gunship, as well as the rest of the universe. The end of the Collective Victorious' Time War[[edit] | [edit source]]
In the aftermath, the Collective Victorious moved to destroy the Wilderness Beyond Time, a dimension housing the rest of the Guardians of Time from the Warrior's universe. While most of the Collective prepared to destabilse the Wilderness' dimensional properties to facilitate the return of the Great Old Ones of the universe before the Warrior's, the Half-Dalek sought to recruit the Warrior into the Collective, after he and Davros had been brought to the Wilderness by the White Guardian prior to their universe's destruction. The Half-Dalek found the Warrior and Davros outside the Great Lock of Time and exterminated the Servants of the Old Ones before they could kill the duo. They then attempted to persuade the Warrior to join the Collective Victorious, but chose to mortally wound Davros, as they considered the latter to be worthless. When the Warrior refused to accept their offer, the Half-Dalek swiftly left and reunited with the rest of the Collective fleet, who then began their attack.
However, as an army of Collective soldiers began manifesting far above the Great Lock of Time, the White Guardian emerged from the Lock and convinced the Warrior and Davros to follow her inside. By entering the Lock, Davros and the Warrior, having absorbed the power of the Key to Time by assembling it, were able to use this power, in conjunction with their statuses of respectively embodying the beginning and end of every iteration of the Last Great Time War across the multiverse, to trap the Collective Victorious with them inside the Great Lock of Time outside the rest of reality, reducing the Collective to a shadow-like existence. The Warrior continued to observe the shadows of the Collective Victorious long after he and Davros were separated within the Lock, by which point Davros had accepted death, and the Warrior had chosen to spend eternity experiencing every iteration of the Last Great Time War from within the Lock.
