James Street was a street in Cardiff. It was located between Clarence Bridge and Roald Dahl Plass.
After escaping a zombie hoard on Bradford Street, Gwen Cooper, alongside Rhys Williams, had planned to cross Clarence Bridge and make it along James Street to the Torchwood Hub at Roald Dahl Plass. However, upon crossing the bridge, they found a group of zombies blocking the route, so were forced to take a detour down Clarence Embankment. (PROSE: Bay of the Dead)
