The Queens Arcade Shopping Centre, simply known as Queens Arcade, was a shopping mall located in South London. In 2005, Auton shop dummies went on a rampage, killing Clive Finch and terrifying Jackie Tyler. (TV: Rose [+]Loading...["Rose (TV story)"], PROSE: Operation Mannequin [+]Loading...["Operation Mannequin (short story)"]) One such dummy was recovered from the site and ended up in the Leamington Spa Lifeboat Museum's collection of alien artefacts. During the 3W Institute Affair, Queens Arcade was in the vicinity of the advancing 3W Cybermen from St Paul's Cathedral. (TV: Death in Heaven [+]Loading...["Death in Heaven (TV story)"])
There was also an outlet in Cardiff, which included a branch of Jubilee Pizza. (COMIC: Rift War! [+]Loading...["Rift War! (comic story)"])

Queens Arcade shopping centre is located in the heart of Cardiff's city centre and was used to represent the London shopping centre in TV: Rose [+]Loading...["Rose (TV story)"] and Death in Heaven [+]Loading...["Death in Heaven (TV story)"]. In the real world, however, no such London outlet exists.
