A prologue to Warlords of Utopia was published on the Mad Norwegian Press website and included in Of the City of the Saved... and About Time 5.

- Scriptor is in the City of the Saved. He does not appear in records, so it seems that he has travelled there, rather than the inhabitants of Scriptor's sequence of Earths being deemed human enough for resurrection.
- Adolf Hitler was imprisoned after his resurrection in the City, and was intended to serve six million consecutive life sentences.
- In a parallel universe, Hitler never became anything more than an anonymous artist.
