On 22 December 2023, Trudy and the band played a small gig at (TV: The Church on Ruby Road [+]Loading...["The Church on Ruby Road (TV story)"]) the King's Arms. The band performed "One More Sleep" (TV: The Devil's Chord [+]Loading...["The Devil's Chord (TV story)"]) and "Winter Wonderland" until a Goblin pulled the plug on their instruments. A woman told them to give it some "welly" before requesting Trudy to sing "Gaudete", but she was unfamiliar with the song (TV: The Church on Ruby Road [+]Loading...["The Church on Ruby Road (TV story)"]) and she also told the woman that the band didn't take requests. Personality[[edit] | edit source]

Ruby Sunday endearingly considered Trudy to be the "mouthy one" in their band. (PROSE: The Church on Ruby Road [+]Loading...["The Church on Ruby Road (novelisation)"]) She was seemingly lesbian, at least according to Maestro. (TV: The Devil's Chord [+]Loading...["The Devil's Chord (TV story)"])

Behind the scenes[[edit] | edit source]

Although explicitly noted in the stage direction of The Church on Ruby Road [+]Loading...["The Church on Ruby Road (TV story)"]'s script that Trudy was transgender,[1] this fact is ambiguous in the final cut of the episode. The novelisation also doesn't comment on the subject.
