Zodiac Sends For Stingray! (short story)
From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference
Zodiac Sends For Stingray! was a short story printed in TV Century 21 that contained elements from the Doctor Who universe. Framed as the front page of an in-universe periodical, it was not related to The Daleks with the titular article instead making reference to both the Fireball XL5 comic story Assassins Escape! and the instalment of Stingray within the issue, parts of a multi-series crossover with the DWU.
