Bruce Forsyth (in-universe)
You may be looking for his real world counterpart.

Sir Bruce Forsyth was an accomplished British actor and television presenter during the 20th and 21st centuries.

Biography

In 1968, the Palace Theatre had an act by Eric and Ernie in which Forsyth was impersonated. (AUDIO: The Final Act)

Fragmentary historical records of the year 4000 erroneously stated that Forsyth was the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom in 1977. (AUDIO: The Foe from the Future)

Forsyth was even famous in alternate and fictional universes; Professor X, fully aware of his status as a fictional character, said that he felt like he was "caught between Basil Brush and Bruce Forsyth." (PROSE: No Future)

Behind the scenes

  • In National Television Awards Sketch 2011, Bruce's unchanged appearance while doing TV in 2111 is a reference to his already long television, film and stage career, spanning around seventy years.

Information from invalid sources

While the Eleventh Doctor was trying to drop off Dermot O'Leary at the 2011 National Television Awards, Dermot stepped out of the TARDIS into the BBC Television Centre one hundred years into the future where he saw Bruce Forsyth, who showed no signs of ageing since 2011. Forsyth confirmed to a surprised O'Leary that he was still doing TV before the latter soon departed. (NOTVALID: National Television Awards Sketch 2011)

Forsyth danced with Michael McIntyre while singing along with the other stars. (NOTVALID: Consider Yourself One Of Us...)
