- You may be looking for the real world Michael Grade.
Trix once saw Michael Grade accosting a waitress at the unveiling of the Tomorrow Windows at the Tate Modern. He took two glasses, and, as Trix put it, "steer[ed himself] through the assembly like a shark in search of prey". (PROSE: The Tomorrow Windows)
Behind the scenes
In the real world, Michael Grade was responsible for the cancellation of Doctor Who in 1989 - however, in the DWU, there is no reference to Grade being involved; the short story Contributors posits that the cancellation of Doctor Who in 1989 was caused by Jay Eales's "fiendish" editing to the anthology Walking in Eternity in the year 2000.
