The Phantom Piper was the second story in The Second Doctor: Volume Three, produced by Big Finish Productions. It was written by Martin Day and featured Frazer Hines as Jamie McCrimmon.

Life in the colony world of Sora is idyllic, thanks to a device implanted in all citizens which helps memory recall. As a human visitor, Jamie receives one too.
