In the real world, "David Agnew" is one of several infamous pen names used by Doctor Who television writers for cowrites. It was used for The Invasion of Time [+]Loading...["The Invasion of Time (TV story)"] (cowritten by Anthony Read and Graham Williams) and City of Death [+]Loading...["City of Death (TV story)"] (cowritten by Williams and Douglas Adams, rewriting the bare bones of a script originally submitted by David Fisher). It was later reused for the short story Playing with Toys [+]Loading...["Playing with Toys (short story)"], whose exact authorship remains unconfirmed.
