You may be looking for the individual or the planet.

The Queen Victoria, (COMIC: Happy Deathday) or The Queen Vic, was either a fictional pub on the television series EastEnders, (PROSE: The Monsters Inside), or an actual pub in London. (TV: Dimensions in Time)

History

As a fictional place

It was located at 46 Albert Square, according to the television series. Rose Tyler recalled this While attempting to remember the address of the Fowlers residence in Albert Square as part of a test set by Lazlee Flowers. (PROSE: The Monsters Inside)

The "ghost" of Den Watts in The Vic, on an episode of EastEnders. (TV: Army of Ghosts)

In the video game Happy Deathday, The Queen Victoria was a pub from which intoxicated Ogrons and Sontarans were barred. In-game, as played by Izzy Sinclair, they then picked a fight with the Third and Fifth Doctors outside the pub. The Third Doctor engaged with his Venusian aikido while the Fifth watched on passively. (COMIC: Happy Deathday)

In a 2006 episode of the series, broadcast during the "ghost" craze, Peggy Mitchell was seen inside the pub turning away the alleged ghost of Den Watts, telling him to "get out of [her] pub!" (TV: Army of Ghosts)

The Queen Vic was located on Albert Square and was in business from as early as 1973. The Doctor, in various incarnations, and several companions walked past the pub multiple times whilst they were trapped on the Square by the First Rani. (TV: Dimensions in Time)

A version of the Vic was also in operation on the version of London aboard the Starship UK in the 3290s. The Eleventh Doctor and Amy Pond briefly sat outside it soon after they arrived on the ship. (TV: The Beast Below)
