Shouldn't he be called Critchley, as Little Titch is a nickname?

"Little Titch" Critchley was a student at Coal Hill School in March–April 1963. He was nicknamed after Little Tich.
Francis Minto once punched Little Titch and broke his glasses; Francis was given "Lines" as punishment, which Susan Foreman thought was inadequate.
On 1 April 1963, as an April Fools' Day prank, Ian Chesterton sent Little Titch to fetch a "left-handed blackboard rubber" from the supplies cabinet. (PROSE: Time and Relative)
