Class B3 was where Andrea Quill taught her physics lessons. (TV: Co-Owner of a Lonely Heart) Her students included Charlie Smith, April MacLean, Ram Singh, Tanya Adeola, Matteusz Andrzejewski, (TV: For Tonight We Might Die) Aaron (AUDIO: Sweet Nothings) and Lowe. (PROSE: Joyride) It was located in the Barbara Wright Building. (TV: For Tonight We Might Die)

On 13 October 2016, before a lesson, Miss Quill smashed Charlie's mobile phone when she caught him looking up Idris Elba. She assigned them homework simplifying the equation she wrote on the blackboard, of a Gibbs probability density in a Klein-Gordon field. (TV: For Tonight We Might Die)

Later in the month, an inspector, supposedly from Ofsted, sat in on Miss Quill's classes. She believed he was spying on her and, after throwing a stapler at him, she was called to the office of Frank Armitage. (TV: The Coach with the Dragon Tattoo)

Miss Quill later showed her physics class a documentary by Brian Cox. April and Ram skipped class, after a worrying experience April had in Miss Shah's class. (TV: Co-Owner of a Lonely Heart)

In November, Miss Quill put April, Tanya, Ram, Charlie and Matteusz in detention. During that time, the classroom was transported to no-time, no-space, where the kids encountered the Prisoner. (TV: Detained)

The periodic table was one of the posters visible in the classroom. (TV: For Tonight We Might Die et al.)
