P. Volkon was a cleaner who worked at Coal Hill Academy, having previously worked as an accountant in her home country. She was killed by a skin-peeling dragon, as witnessed by Ram Singh. (TV: The Coach with the Dragon Tattoo)
Her initials "Volkon. P." were later added to the Coal Hill School Roll of Honours Board. (TV: Co-Owner of a Lonely Heart)
