A secretary at Coal Hill School worked in the secretary's office. In 2014, she asked Danny Pink what he did over the weekend. She didn't believe him when he said he did some reading, saying, "I know your type." Courtney Woods mocked her for being interested in Danny. (TV: Into the Dalek)
She hated Clara Oswald because she thought Clara gave her incontinence pads as her Secret Santa gift. (TV: Kill the Moon)
