Notes
- The master notes that in their own attempts to win the Time war, the Time Lords and the Daleks have been splicing alien liforms with the time vortex itself. Here it is seen to result in powerful but mindless impossible beasts. The only other instance of absorbing the time vorex lead to the creation of the bad wolf entity after the wars end.
Continuity
- The Master reveals that he did look into River's background, having voiced his intention to do so in an earlier incarnation. (AUDIO: Animal Instinct)
