Notes
- Entries for serials up to The Gunfighters are not named at all. From The Savages, the first serial not to name each episode individually, they are named in brackets after each entry.
- Owing to the Elders' previous knowledge of the Doctor, the writer speculates as to whether the people of the planet seen in The Savages are an offshoot from or colony of Gallifrey.
- ↑ Due to the fault in the TARDIS resulting in an inability to re-emerge from the vortex, since there was nothing there, there is no date or location to be given.
- ↑ By error, part of this entry is included at part of Journey 17.
- ↑ It is impossible to calculate a date or location due to the nature of the Toymaker's realm.
- ↑ Due to a TARDIS malfunction, this planet has no name or reference number and the date can't be calculated.
- ↑ Described as the "same [[hemisphere|hemi-sphere" as The Abominable Snowmen.
- ↑ The TARDIS malfunctions again.
- ↑ This planet is "shrouded from prying eyes" for "obvious reasons".
- ↑ The writer compares the scenario to that of Journey 55, Fury from the Deep.
