A blazer was a jacket resembling a suit jacket, but cut more casually.[source needed]

Worn by the Doctor

The Fourth Doctor wore a rust corduroy blazer during his earlier days. (TV: Robot, The Ark in Space, The Sontaran Experiment, Genesis of the Daleks, Revenge of the Cybermen)

The Sixth Doctor wore a brown and crimson tweed blazer when undercover in Bletchley Park during 1944. (AUDIO: Criss-Cross), and when visiting Russia in 1947. (AUDIO: Quicksilver) He also wore a peach blazer on the Memory TARDIS. (TV: Vengeance on Varos)

The Seventh Doctor wore blazers of cream linen, (PROSE: White Darkness) or tan herringbone-tweed. (TV: Doctor Who)
