Kenneth LeBlanc was a politician.

Kenneth protested over what was happening with dairy exports in the United Kingdom. (AUDIO: House of Silents)

He warned the Prime Minister that she needed to be removed from office. The Silents were secretly helping him to win the elections, influencing the voters by adding hidden messages on trending videos. When the Prime Minister resigned, LeBlanc was delighted. (AUDIO: Square One)

At the end of the election campaign, he wasn't sure that he was up to the job. He couldn't remember how he met Josh Carter, and even admitted that he wasn't actually sure what he'd do as Prime Minister if he won. He was killed on the Silents' orders, as his whole purpose was to be a controversial public figure who died in a dramatic manner, creating a story that would be watched by the whole world to broadcast the commands of the Silence. (AUDIO: Silent Majority)
