A man was in office as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom in 2014.

At some point during or prior to 2014, the man was appointed Prime Minister.
He attended a session of Prime Minister's Questions in the House of Commons in 2014, prior to August, in which he defended his government's policies. He declared they were necessary because of the opposition's failings. Immediately after this, however, a Kharitite ran through the building and terrified him so badly that he was reduced to a childlike state when the paramedics came to help him.
