In a parallel universe, Margo Kinnear was Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.
In order to stop the global warming in her world she had signed up to an international convention banning the use of post World War II technology, which she believed had caused it. She encountered Rose Tyler pretending to be a cleaner to gain information to aid her alternative self Rob Tyler. She was told by her scientists that this world has only 50 harvests left and the human race would die out in 70 years. (AUDIO: The Flood)
