Sir Robert Peel was the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom in 1842. While in office, he signed off on the Mines and Colleries Act (1842). Gwen Cooper named him as a famous police officer, to which Jack Harkness replied that she was wrong - he was a Home Secretary. (PROSE: Another Life)
