Godfather Lo was a member of the Rump Parliament in the City of the Saved, an offshoot of Faction Paradox. He owned a mansion that was described by Selene Walmric in Faction Paradox: a Negotiable History as "opulent", at which he would "frequently" hold "lavish" parties, at which Walmric claimed "depraved" rituals were rumoured to take place.
