Rishi Sunak was a Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and, apparently, was able to regenerate.

Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]

According to Evan Davis, Sunak proved "surprisingly elusive" in his first months as Prime Minister, despite having "campaigned so hard" to be PM.

One day, Sunak discovered the "David Tennant effect", after in the most recent Doctor Who, Jodie Whittaker regenerated back into David Tennant, instead of "the new bloke", leading Sunak to worry that the same may happen to "Prime Ministerial evolution" if anything were to happen to him.

He was interviewed by Davis in a studio, where Davis asked if Sunak was afraid of answering difficult questions, Sunak explained the David Tennant effect, moments before being proven right when a studio light fell on him. He then regenerated back into Liz Truss. (AUDIO: Dead Ringers - 23rd December [+]Loading...["Dead Ringers - 23rd December (audio story)"])
