Inside Every Warrior was the third audio story in the anthology The Eighth of March. It was written by Gemma Langford and featured Neve McIntosh as Madame Vastra, Catrin Stewart as Jenny Flint and Dan Starkey as Strax.

The Great Detective, Madame Vastra, aided by her resourceful spouse, Jenny Flint, and loyal valet, Strax, is looking into a series of mysterious break-ins.
An eccentric scientist and his put-upon assistant are the latest victims. Evidence mounts, with animal footprints and a trail of destruction.

- This is the first appearance of both Jenny Flint and the Paternoster Gang as a unit on audio. Strax and Vastra had previously each appeared alone in The Haunting and Young Winston, respectively.
- This was also a special release in the Paternoster Gang audio series.
- The most likely year for this story to take place is 1894, the only year in the 1890s where March 8 falls on a Thursday. This is consistent with other adventures featuring the Paternoster Gang, such as The Snowmen and The Crimson Horror, which take place in the 1890s.
