2150 Dalek invasion of Earth
The moustache-sporting Dr. Who discovered that the Daleks of Skaro had invaded and conquered the Earth in the year 2150 (TV: Daleks' Invasion Earth 2150 A.D.) in what the Dalek Survival Guide defined as a version of history "B" relative to the 2150s Dalek invasion of Earth of version of history "A" experienced by the First Doctor and the Time Paradox Incident of version of history "C" experienced by the Third Doctor. (PROSE: Dalek Survival Guide)
History[[edit] | [edit source]]
A day to come[[edit] | [edit source]]
Recovered on Earth in 2094, a collected edition of the Dalek Chronicles was released in print to the public. A newspaper article was printed to report those news, illustrated with a photograph showing a platoon of Silver Daleks, (PROSE: The Dalek Chronicles Found!) appearing as they did in the 2150 occupation thwarted by Dr. Who. (TV: Daleks' Invasion Earth 2150 A.D.)
Background[[edit] | [edit source]]
From Dr. Who and Susan's perspective, (TV: Daleks' Invasion Earth 2150 A.D.) they had first encountered the Daleks when they inadvertently arrived on their home planet Skaro. By this account, Dr. Who was a human scientist who had invented the space-time machine TARDIS. On Skaro, the Daleks were confined to their city, able only to travel across its metal floors. Their attempt to exterminate the Thals was thwarted when Dr. Who and his companions inspired the Thals to fight the Daleks, the resulting Thal-Dalek battle ended in the apparent death of the Daleks. (TV: Dr. Who and the Daleks) Dr. Who suggested that this event occurred in the future relative to the 2150 invasion. (TV: Daleks' Invasion Earth 2150 A.D.)
The Invasion[[edit] | [edit source]]
During the occupation, the Black Dalek, the Red Dalek and two Robomen once patrolled a street of the ruined London, narrowly missing the presence of an older Susan in TARDIS, which they mistook for a simple police box. (HOMEVID: Untitled 1)
Aftermath and legacy[[edit] | [edit source]]
After they had defeated the Daleks, Dr. Who returned Tom Campbell to just before the smash and grab as he had requested, allowing him to catch the perpetrators. (TV: Daleks' Invasion Earth 2150 A.D.)
While being interrogated by Davros in an agony seat during the Genesis Incident, the Fourth Doctor stated that a Dalek invasion of Earth, which he claimed occurred in the year 2000, was foiled by the magnetic properties of the Earth's core which the Daleks had attempted to mine, as well as the determination of human resistance fighters. (TV: Genesis of the Daleks)
