Breakfast at Tyranny's was the first story of the third year of Doctor Who: The Tenth Doctor comic story series, published in 2017.

The Tenth Doctor wakes up in the street without any memory of how he got there. Boris, a homeless man who knows the Doctor as "Smithy", explains that he has been there for four days and during that time he has been protecting him from the Wraith Hounds. Gabby Gonzalez struggles at work with pressure from her boss Hector only to be offered support and a shopping from her sister Blanca, while Cindy Wu searches for her dog Noobis with help from her girlfriend Cleo.
The Doctor expresses that he wants to head towards the department store and Boris agrees to help him get there safely away from the Wraiths. The pair witness a man, Claremont, being killed after an encounter with them.

- Several duplicates of the Doctor take on the form of his previous incarnations. A clone of the Fourth Doctor had previously emerged as a duplication of his second incarnation. (AUDIO: The Hexford Invasion, Survivors in Space)
- When looking at his reflection in a puddle, the Doctor sees his fifth incarnation. A similar effect occurred when his second incarnation, shortly after regeneration, saw the face of his first. (TV: The Power of the Daleks)
