Emperor Adolphus Caesar was the young and spoiled child ruler of an alternate Rome that never fell. His titles included "Master of the Solar System and the Galaxy Beyond." After the Malevilus were defeated, the Fourth Doctor advised Vesuvius to send Adolphus to a strict boarding school on Cryos Four. (COMIC: Doctor Who and the Iron Legion)
