Crolix LI

Crolix LI was emperor of Roma XIII when Regina and Ollacondire visited during the Empire of Empires' war against the Greater German Reich. He was a fat middle-aged man in a dusty toga, and from his throne he led debates in the Senate, despite being the only living member. Regina sensed no spirits in the debating chamber, but Consobrinus Patreulis posited that they were merely in recess. (PROSE: Warlords of Utopia)
