Elagabalus was an Emperor of the Roman Empire. In 219 AD, he brought a Vondraxian orb to Rome that was worshipped as the Sol Invictus by Syrians.
According to Jack Harkness, Elagabalus was a "twisted and sadistic" 14-year-old boy who never should have become Emperor. (PROSE: Trace Memory)
