Hadrian

Hadrian was a Roman Emperor who succeeded Emperor Trajan in the 2nd century. While he served as Emperor of Rome, a construction team of Roman Legionaries built Hadrian's Wall. Its progress, however, was hampered by the presence of Ascaris. (PROSE: The Romans) Iris Wildthyme claimed to have had sex with Hadrian on several occasions. (AUDIO: Many Happy Returns)

The Eighth Doctor told Sam Jones that he had once met Hadrian. (PROSE: The People's Temple)

Behind the scenes[[edit] | edit source]

Hadrian was gay, and quite public about it.[1]
