Basil "Baz" Bailey was the leader of a gang at Coal Hill School in the 1990s. He was a tall, red-haired, skinny young man who wore black jeans, a black T-shirt and a black padded jacket.
Baz and his gang dealt in illicit drugs. When he planned to move onto more powerful drugs, such as crack cocaine, Sam Jones reported him to the police. They found none on him and he was released.
