Like much of the marketing, it took the form of an in-universe transmission, but it uniquely showed what Time Fracture looked like with its sets and characters in action.

Plot[[edit] | [edit source]]
In footage found in an underground bunker, a woman is called to the Black Site by Kate Stewart's message along with other humans. She communicates with the camera detailing she's at the Black Site in London and explains that if someone is seeing the recording then something bad has happened to them. Dr Errol Courtney introduces them formally to the site and the Time Fracture whose energies have been spiking abnormally which if continued at that rate could spell the end of the universe. As such the humans, recommended by the Doctor will be sent into the Fracture to find the source of the spikes and put an end to it.
As they're looking around and working, the monitors detailing attacks by Cybermen and Daleks, the latter attack the Black Site. The Thirteenth Doctor's voice is heard and the humans are ushered into the Fracture into the year 2156 and are immediately confronted by Brolls at an alien market place. He states that once they've looked around his shop to follow a lady who is up to no good and find out what she's up to. Upon following her she explains that they are going to find the pieces to a device that'll save the world.
They then enter Elizabeth I's court in 1590. As they explore, the Cybermen attack causing them to run away further into the Time Fracture, with the voice of the First Doctor giving them words of encouragement and wind up in the year 2206 on the ZZ1 in International Space near Zogg. There they see a Crespallion and a Silurian singing on stage. The woman operative say that this is the Zaggit Zagoo bar. They're interrupted by Zoria charging in being chased by Brian attempting to kill her.
This takes them to 2007 where they are surrounded by dummies. Someone is guiding them through before a message is seen on the wall saying "Don't Blink." The video cuts back to 2021 with the woman pleading with the viewer to answer the Doctor's call and help save the universe.
