He Who Wins was the fourth and final story in the audio anthology Anti-Genesis, produced by Big Finish Productions. It was written by Nicholas Briggs and featured Derek Jacobi as the War Master, Seán Carlsen as Narvin, Mark Gatiss as Template:Kisgart and Nicholas Briggs as the Daleks.

- The title of the audio derives from the final riddle in the Game of Rassilon from TV: The Five Doctors, which the "Exiled" Master quotes: "To lose is to win, and he who wins shall lose."
